All kv8 services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Providing a false date of birth during registration is strictly prohibited. If an age discrepancy is found during verification, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Each person may create only one account. kv8 reserves the right to close all accounts if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected. Multiple registrations from the same device, IP address or payment method will be treated as duplicates.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful. Full name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details must match the user's actual identity. It is the user's responsibility to notify the support team immediately if any information is incorrect or changes.

kv8 may request documents at any time to verify a user's identity, address and payment method. A copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence may be required. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC is complete.

Accepted deposit methods on kv8 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals generally take 5 to 30 minutes to process. Withdrawals may be held if verification is not complete.

kv8 secures all payment transactions with SSL encryption. No financial information is shared with third parties. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be placed under review for security purposes.

kv8 gives a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳12,000 in bets for a ৳1,200 bonus.

• A bonus applies only to the account of the user who earned it.
• The same promotion may be used only once per account, device or payment method.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become cashable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• kv8 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system are detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.

Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless kv8 itself identifies an error. kv8 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.

For cricket, football and other sports bets, odds and markets are set by kv8. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Odds in live betting may change rapidly during a match — the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.

The outcome of each round in slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and fishing games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a technical fault occurs in the system, the result of that round may be voided.

Users can set deposit limits, betting limits or session time limits on their account. Contact the kv8 support team to use this feature.

If a user wishes to exclude themselves from the platform temporarily or permanently, kv8 will honour that request. While self-exclusion is active, opening a new account and receiving bonus offers will be suspended.

kv8 is not directly responsible for any issues with third-party payment gateways such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket or the banking system. kv8 is also not liable for software faults from game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play or JILI.

For significant changes, kv8 will attempt to notify users by email or via a platform notice. However, receiving a notification is not required for a change to take effect — it is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.
